I studied what went wrong, changed my approach, and the next retreat sold out. That led to opening my own retreat center in Havana and hosting over 200 retreats across the Caribbean, Europe, North America, and Asia. I’ve built pricing models, negotiated with hotels, trained staff, mediated client meltdowns, and handled logistics from airport pickups to last-minute workshop changes. I know what it takes to make a retreat work because I’ve lived it.
